Step 1: prepare the phone

At the phone please open the menu
    'Connection' -> 'USB Settings' -> 'Default Connection' or
    'Settings' -> 'Phone settings' -> 'USB Settings' or
    'Settings' -> 'Connection' -> 'USB'
and select 'Samsung PC Studio' or 'Modem' or 'Samsung Kies'
On some Samsung phones that menu does not exist, then nothing has to be configured.

Step 2: install the drivers

A. let Mobile Master install the required drivers

Important: Although the phone is already shown in the windows explorer, not all drivers have been installed.

A1: In the Setup Wizard

Mobile Master detects connected phones with the drivers still missing and suggests to download and install the required drivers. Just follow the wizard.

A2: in Mobile Master

You can start the wizard to install the drivers via the menu Help -> Install drivers -> for Samsung phones

B: Alternative: install Samsung Kies

In case the download or the installation fails, please install Samsung Kies.
