Download the Nokia Suite
The Nokia Suite 3.8.54 works on Windows 7, 8, 10.
After download drag & drop the installation to Mobile Maste, either to the Mobile Master at the desktop, or to the Mobile Master main window.
Then you can choose to install only the required drivers, or the complete suite.
