Benötigen Sie die speziellen Funktionen der AVM Fritz Software wie z.B. ISDN oder FAX nicht, so können Sie einfach auf die Microsoft Bluetooth Software umschalten (ab Windows XP SP2).
Dann kann Mobile Master ihr Handy selber finden und die Authentifizierung (Pairing) durchführen. Dazu wählen Sie bitte Menü des im Fritz Blueooth Tray Icons (rechts unten) 'Microsoft Bluetooth' (siehe nebenstehendes Bild).
Wenn Sie 'Microsoft Bluetooth' gewählt haben, so werden automatisch einige Treiber instaliert. Warten Sie bitte bis rechts unten der Taskleiste das Trayicon 
angezeigt wird.

In case connecting/pairing does not work, try the following:
- Remove all paired devices in the phone, usually in the Bluetooth menu -> 'paired devices' or 'my devices'
- Remove the device in the windows Bluetooth software in case it is already listed (double click the Bluetooth icon in the System tray at the right bottom (taskbar)).
- Turn off and on the phone.
- Turn off and on bluetooth at the phone.
- Unplug the Bluetooth dongle from your PC and plug it in again, or shut down and restart you computer (really shut down, do not use restart).
