Windows XP ab Service Pack 2 und Windows Vista bringen bereits eigene Blueooth Software/Treiber mit, die mit den meisten Bluetooth Dongles funktioniert.

Mobile Master (ab Version 7 beta 2) kann das sog. Pairing/Authentifizierung direkt im Setup Assistenten durchführen.

Hier sehen Sie die Anleitung wie Sie Ihr Handy auch ohne Mobile Master mit dem PC verbinden:

In case connecting/pairing does not work, try the following:

• Remove all paired devices in the phone, usually in the Bluetooth menu -> 'paired devices' or 'my devices'
• Remove the device in the windows Bluetooth software in case it is already listed (double click the Bluetooth icon in the System tray at the right bottom (taskbar)).
• Turn off and on the phone.
• Turn off and on bluetooth at the phone.
• Unplug the Bluetooth dongle from your PC and plug it in again, or shut down and restart you computer (really shut down, do not use restart).
