Transferring data between your old and new mobile phone, even between phones from different manufacturers, is no problem with the "Copy Station" function. Using this function, you can easily copy your phone or address book, Organizer, as well as your notes from one phone to another, e.g. from a Sony Ericsson T610 to a Nokia N73.
