Connect a handset with the computer via Blueooth

with the Microsoft driver on Windows XP SP2 or newer or Windows Vista, Windows 7

with the BroadCom/Widcomm Software (1.4)

with the IVT BlueSoleil Software (e.g. MSI Dongle)

Which Bluetooth software is installed on my system?
Answer:
1. In the Setup Wizard step 1 there is hint.
2. Or in the settings -> connection at the bottom of the dialog you see which Bluetooth software Mobile Master has detected.

In case connecting/pairing does not work, try the following:

Remove all paired devices in the phone, usually in the Bluetooth menu -> 'paired devices' or 'my devices'
Remove the device in the windows Bluetooth software in case it is already listed (double click the Bluetooth icon in the System tray at the right bottom (taskbar)).
Turn off and on the phone.
Turn off and on bluetooth at the phone.
Unplug the Bluetooth dongle from your PC and plug it in again, or shut down and restart you computer (really shut down, do not use restart).
